Why we exist
Vendor risk broke on volume, not on rigor.
Enterprise teams did not stop caring about vendor risk. They ran out of hours. A review that once covered fifty suppliers now covers two thousand, with the same headcount and longer documents.
The response from most tooling was to compress judgment into a score. That made review faster and assessments harder to defend. When a regulator, a customer or an auditor asks how a conclusion was reached, a number is not an answer.
ProcureCortex takes the opposite position: automate the reading, never the deciding. Structure the evidence, surface the gaps, keep every finding attached to the clause and requirement that produced it, and leave the judgment with the reviewer.

Traceability cannot be added later. It has to be how the finding is built in the first place.
Humans decide
